SleepSafe 2 Plus handicap bed in Fivemile Point, New York

I have a SleepSafe 2 Plus handicap bed. The head and feet of this bed are adjustable; however, the bed itself does not raise and lower. There are plastic safety rails on the sides and rollers on the bottom. The mattress has a plastic covering, and is coming from a bed bug free, non-smoking home. My son passed away in April. The bed was provided by medicaid, brand new to us. We used a lift system to move my son from the bed to his chair or bathroom.
